Amy has 13 years of professional hospitality experience. From the front desk to food & beverage to housekeeping, she has worked and managed all aspects of the industry from Denver, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Beaver Creek, Colorado, including some iconic properties such as The Pines, The Lodge at Vail, One Ski Hill, and the Austria Haus. While working in the Vail Valley, Amy was selected for the Vail Resorts Management Acceleration Program, where she further enhanced and refined her hospitality operations and leadership skills. Amy also holds a bachelor's degree from Johnson and Wales in Hotel and Resort Management.
Cindy Hoppe has been the Manager of Bray Property Management since 1994 and has been active in the business since 1984. She is responsible for overseeing the Bray Property Management offices in Rifle and Grand Junction with 7 Licensed Property Managers, 15 Office Employees, and 15 Maintenance employees. Cindy has served in various roles in the leadership of the Western Colorado NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). Regional media highly regard her for information on trends in the rental markets.
Mike Urlacher oversees all maintenance and construction aspects of all of our managed properties. Mike has extensive experience in the construction industry, he brings experience in maintenance and construction, and manages a team of maintenance technicians and provides solid leadership for the many projects undertaken by his division. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Colorado Mesa University and has taught construction management courses at Western Colorado Community College.
With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Lauren has worked with some of the most reputable real estate firms in the industry, where she gained invaluable experience in a range of areas, including brand development, digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Lauren's passion for real estate and marketing is evident in her work, she has strong leadership skills and innovative approach to marketing. She holds a degree in graphic design, photography, and journalism from California State University at Sacramento, when she graduated Cum Lade. In her current role as the marketing director for Bray Real Estate, Lauren is responsible for developing and implementing the company's marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales. She is a key member of the leadership team and plays a critical role in the growth and success of the organization. Lauren relocated to Grand Junction from San Diego in 2018 and loves swimming, bowling and enjoying all of the wonderful things the Grand valley has to offer, she also enjoys spending time with her young daughter and husband.
